Test Academy Reviews is an independent information resource. We do two things: we collect and display the reviews families have left for Test Academy, and we publish clear, accurate guides to the NSW Selective High School, Opportunity Class (OC) and NAPLAN exams. Our aim is simple — help parents make a confident, well-informed decision.
How we review
Our view of Test Academy is based on:
- Real parent reviews — shown unedited, averaging 5.0 out of 5.
- The platform’s capabilities — exam-realistic testing, instant marking, criterion-by-criterion writing feedback, an adaptive practice hub and a personal AI study coach.
- What the courses actually offer — small classes, qualified teachers, written feedback and visible progress tracking.
- Accuracy against official sources — exam formats, eligibility and placement details are checked against the NSW Department of Education.
Where the honest answer is “it depends”, we say so. Plenty of children do well with steady reading, strong number sense and a few realistic practice tests — no expensive classes required. Good preparation is about the quality of practice and feedback, not the price tag.

About Test Academy
Test Academy is a Sydney-based tutoring company specialising in NSW Selective, OC and NAPLAN preparation. It teaches in person from Parramatta and online across NSW, and it builds its own learning platform — which is the part we think genuinely sets it apart.
